  • We've all heard of this before, but this is a recent reminder. YUCK!

    A woman went boating one Sunday taking with her some cans of coke, which she
    put into the refrigerator of the boat.

    On Monday she was taken to the hospital and placed in the Intensive Care
    Unit.

    She died on Wednesday.

    The autopsy concluded she died of Leptospirosis, which was traced to the can
    of coke she drank from, not using a glass.

    Tests showed that the can was infected by dried rat urine and hence the
    disease Leptospirosis.

    Rat urine contains toxic and deadly substances. It is highly recommended to
    thoroughly wash the upper part of soda cans before drinking out of them.

    Tell your kids and Grandkids.

    The cans are typically stocked in warehouses and transported straight to the
    shops without being cleaned.

    A study at NYCU showed that the tops of soda cans are more

    Contaminated than public toilets, i.e. full of all kinds of bacteria.

         I would like to introduce everyone to...........Ivy. She is prettier than she looks in these pictures!   I was looking for a dane/mastiff cross but when I was shown her, well now it's history, I fell in love. I now have a girl! She is a 20 month old, brindle colored, greyhound.  I haven't done my self pic either (sorry Anne!)so as you an see here it is too.  No makeup or fuss, just everyday me. I have been busy as usual and just had my father in law over for dinner along with a friend of ours.  Good night overall.  I am nervous though! Only 10 days till kamloops. And as luck would have it, that is also when I think Jess will have the new babe. Oh well, I guess a detour would be fun!  I gotta go so here she is and I will try to get on here more often.   • Ok a quick post.  You know when you get really tired and everything is soo funny. Yeah that's me, right now.   Anyways, here is a quick rundown of the day.  Spent most of it doing the kiddie thing with the boys.  An entertaining day overall with playschool books, poopy bums etc.  The marvelous baby sitter that cleaned my house arrived at 5:30 and I was off to my pilates/yoga class and the grocery store.  Has anybody else noticed how many great food options there are now!  No more eating crappy food if you don't want to!  Whoa rabbit trail.  Ok, then I went to a friends place to work on a few songs for this thursday and for the cowboy festival I will be at this March.  I am so nervous.

      It's raining outside. wierd, that never happens.

    I painted  my bathroom lime green.  I live in a log house.  It looks so cool.  My husband was chasing horses today out with a couple friends.  They were looking for this guys buckinghorses that graze out on this forestry reserve.  They tried to over over a township of land today. I think that around 30 section ( or 19,200 acres) yeah so the crappy thing is that they didn't even see them.  The horses they rode are very tired. They all got oats, a back rub and put to bed.  As am I going to do right now....
